3. Language & Literacy Development

Listening & Speaking
Listening to stories and retelling them in sequence.
Show & Tell activities for confidence.
Using descriptive words in speech.
Answering "why, how, when" questions.
Reading & Writing
Recognition and writing of capital & small letters (A-Z, a-z).
Phonics blends (sh, ch, th, etc.).
Reading and writing 3-4 letter words (cat, ship, frog).
Introduction to sight words (the, is, and, this, that.
Writing simple sentences with spacing and punctuation.
Introduction to cursive letters (optional, depends on school curriculum)
4. Numeracy Development

Oral counting (1-100).
Writing numbers (1-50 or 1-100 depending on pace).
Number names (one-ten / one-twenty).
Concepts: before, after, between.
Addition & subtraction (single digit, using objects and pictures).
Understanding tens and ones (place value).
Shapes (2D + introduction to 3D: cube, sphere).
Patterns and sequencing (AB, ABC).
Measurement basics: long-short, heavy-light, more-less, full-empty, time (day/night, morning/evening).
Introduction to money (coins/notes through play).
5. Environmental Studies (EVS / General Awareness)

Myself: name, family, address, birthday, good habits.
My body: parts, senses, hygiene, health.
My home and school.
Community helpers (doctor, teacher, postman, etc.).
Transport (land, air, water).
Animals (wild, domestic, farm, aquatic, birds, insects).
Plants: parts, uses, fruits, vegetables, flowers.
Seasons & weather.
Festivals & celebrations.
Safety rules (road, home, school).
Environmental care: save water, trees, cleanliness)
6. Creative & Aesthetic Development

Free drawing, coloring, craft work.
Music & rhythm: singing songs, clapping beats.
Dance and dramatization (story enactment, role play).
Creative storytelling.
Clay modeling, puppetry, collage work.
7. Life Skills

Personal hygiene, eating independently.
Dressing (buttons, zips, shoelaces).
Using polite words (please, sorry, thank you).
Caring for belongings and classroom materials.
Following routines and rules.
